The customer must ensure that the vehicle has been maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and in good working order.
The customer is therefore happy to allow his/her vehicle to be remapped at his/her own personal risk thus absolving Tractor Tuning UK of any responsibility should any failure occur.
Tractor Tuning UK accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred whilst the remapping is in operation or at any time after.
When tuning vehicles with the DPF still in place, Tractor Tuning UK will not be held responsible for any faults or issues related to the filter blocking up. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is driven in a manner that allows the DPF to regenerate.
If any warning lights do appear you may have to force regenerate the DPF. Refer to the owner's manual or follow the link below as a guide. If you are not confident in carrying out this procedure please contact a professional.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they comply with rules and laws relating to their home country. Tractor Tuning UK accepts no responsibility for the use of this part on the public highway where removal of emissions controls is prohibited.
All parts sold or work carried out by Tractor Tuning UK related to Catalytic Converter / DPF / EGR / AdBlue Removal is deemed as for Motorsport / Off Road use only.
When booking in for work or purchasing parts it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they comply with rules and laws relating to their home country.
We will only carry out the Catalytic Converter / DPF / EGR / AdBlue Removal process if the customer has agreed that the vehicle is not going to be used on the public highway and that Tractor Tuning UK will not be held responsible for any future actions or issues relating to the Catalytic Converter / DPF / EGR / AdBlue removal.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any maps installed by Tractor Tuning UK are not overwritten either intentionally, unintentionally or by over the air factory updates. Tractor Tuning UK is not responsible for reinstalling software and a minimum charge of £250 + VAT will be charged for all reinstalls.
